ATLA considers Sustainability a key element of its strategy, setting concrete and ambitious goals in the economic, environmental and social fields

The way we manage Environmental, Social and Economic topics is a good indication of how well we manage our business. ATLA is committed to involve its employees in awareness-raising and training activities through a communication path aimed at disseminating and enhancing sustainability initiatives.

Starting 2023, ATLA is proud to present its Sustainability Report, a transparent awareness and communication tool. The Report is part of a journey toward Sustainability that ATLA has decided to implement on a voluntary basis.

ATLA Corporate Academy
& Recreational Club

ATLA has developed its Corporate Academy, a new environment dedicated to people’s learning, development and well-being

Hosted in Rosato Sports Centre in Chieri, the Academy offers shared spaces for training activities, seminars and corporate events. Commitment to health and wellness, free gym available to employees, with dedicated classes and exclusive conventions.

The Rosato is managed by the ATLA-owned company AC Chieri S.r.l. that supports social, sports and Welfare activities.

ATLA supports various sports, cultural, social, artistic and scientific activities. These points are essential for the development of environmental and technological challenges that the company faces

We encourage our employees to follow a range of charitable organizations and community sports programs, with priority on local projects and future generations. Also following the guidelines of our partner Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, we aim to be respected and trusted by our local community.

We work with high-efficiency energy systems and an effective utilization of resources with reduced environmental impact. In accordance with ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 certifications, we promote energy efficiency and environmental activities to contribute to the Sustainable Development of society.

Photovoltaic system

In 2022, with the aim to reduce the impact on the environment, the photovoltaic system started operation allowing savings on the cost of electricity and reducing the carbon footprint by more than 20 percent.

The map of Sustainability is represented by the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

The UN 2023 Agenda is the action programme for people, planet and prosperity, signed in 2015 by the governments of the 193 UN Member States

ATLA has started a process to make a concrete contribution to the 2030 Agenda by analyzing the priority Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and taking useful actions to achieve them, as an integral part of the Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Plan.
