Our facilities in Chieri focus on the repair of Gas Turbine hot gas path parts, mainly blades and vanes, as well for power generation as for aircraft industry. Our high specialized services are fundamental for Gas Turbine efficiency; to ensure the best possible services to our Customers, ATLA provides comprehensive technologies and customized repair solutions.

Our Facilities repair rotor and stator blades and other gas turbine hot path parts and deliver these parts “as new” relying on our long experience.

Preliminary Inspection and Testing

We offer a range of Non Destructive and Destructive Testing services. Carrying out testing tasks is fundamental in order to make sure that quality and safety standards are met.

Each inspection process provides a detailed list of the detected defects’ features, determining whether or not the part is suitable for its desired function. During the whole manufacturing process, starting from the incoming inspection of the raw material, all individual parts are monitored and inspected by our Quality Department.

Production and Repair

Based on our experience we repair Gas Turbine hot path parts with the aim to guarantee the same performance as if they were new.

Aware of the important downtime costs of Gas Turbine out of service, ATLA does the maximum effort to shorten lead times. Our Electrical discharge machining (EDM), Laser and Welding processes are able to operate on high accuracy, demanding machining applications where conventional metal removal is difficult or impossible.

Heat Treatments and Special Processes

Together with our sister company TAG, we offer a full range of Heat Treatments and Special Processes, thanks to the ongoing development of our capabilities and technicians. We are able to deal with any workload while meeting the highest of quality standards.

Flexibility in dealing with any kind of workload keeping the highest quality standards and optimizing efficiency considering the equipment’s capacity range from 50 to 8000 Kg with maximum dimension 2000x2000x2400 mm.

Coatings

ATLA’s heat resistant materials and thermal barrier spray coatings extend operational life and provide corrosion resistance.

The coating protects each component against high exercise temperature, oxidation and corrosion. We are able to perform all kind of coatings, such as metallic, ceramic and antiwear.
